One would have to be almost totally spiritually blind not to recognize that we have nationally “provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger.” The result is that our cities are burned with fire, our land is devoured by strangers (covenant breakers, antichristian and pagan) and that “the daughter of Zion is left as a cottage in a vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city.” But the Lord has left us a remnant for “the work of the restoring of the ruined temple of the Covenanted Reformation, and thereby the effecting of a third Reformation.
